- The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
- Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send a revised paper on or before the prescribed day.
5. For reviewers

Reviewers are required to use the following criteria to evaluate submissions.
(1) Desk rejection. In this section, the main cases that will be rejected are obvious formatting issues, which include: incomplete submissions, incorrectly formatted submissions, submissions that are not written in English, submissions that are out of scope, submissions that have few references, etc.
(2) The first stage of the review process. Reviewers will be asked to review the submitted paper in detail and provide the first round of summary decisions. The paper will then fall into one of the following categories: a. Only minor revisions are needed to make the submission suitable for publication. b. The technical committee members and reviewers think that the submission is likely to result in publication, but needs to be revised for the issues listed by the reviewers. c. Failure to meet both of these conditions will result in a direct rejection. It is important to note that, unlike typical journals, the time to revise and resubmit is limited and does not allow authors to execute a complete rewrite. Therefore, if a reviewer feels that the required revisions cannot be completed in such a short period, the submission will be rejected. Submissions for which minor revisions are accepted need to be submitted by the deadline for first-round camera preparation. The reviewer responsible for the previous review will check the revised manuscript for final approval. If revisions are not adequate, the editor will communicate with the author, who should respond promptly. Failure to address minor revision requests will result in the rejection of the manuscript.
(3) The second stage of the review process. Authors of papers that need to be revised and resubmitted are invited to submit a revised manuscript by the resubmission deadline. Revisions should use another color to highlight changes in the document and be accompanied by a letter of response on how to address the reviewers’ comments. All resubmitted documents will be reviewed by the original reviewer and external reviewers. In this case, the results of the current review and online discussion will be shared with the new reviewers. The second round of review results in acceptance with minor modifications or rejection. Authors are not allowed to make a new round of major revisions. The final revision of the paper will be checked by the program committee and a final decision will be made for each paper and notified to the author.
(4) Note: Any plagiarism is an unacceptable form of academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. If an author is found to have committed plagiarism, the submitted article will be rejected or removed from the final publication, and the author’s violation reported to his/her supervisor and affiliated institution as well as to the appropriate academic ethics oversight office and research funding agency. The right to publish the plagiarist’s author’s name, the title of the article, the name of the affiliated institution, and details of the misconduct are reserved.
